Business hours and after hours say different things
During the day it says we are on a job. At night it says we are closed and you are first in line in the morning.
You miss a call. They get a text in about ten seconds asking what they need. Most of them answer it.
A call comes in and nobody picks up. Ten seconds later the caller gets a text from your number, saying who you are and asking what they need. When they reply, it lands on your phone like any other text.
Most people do not leave a voicemail. They hang up and dial the next number on the list. Getting a text before they get there is the whole product.
Nothing. It runs whether you are under a house, on a roof, or asleep. Replying is the only part that is you.
During the day it says we are on a job. At night it says we are closed and you are first in line in the morning.
If somebody calls three times in five minutes they get one text, not three.
The text comes from your business number, so the reply thread stays in one place.
We will show it on a live account on the demo call, not in a slide deck.
