Reminders that give up politely
Day 7, 14, 21 and 28, and it stops the second they reply or leave a review.
After a job we ask your customer how it went. Happy ones get the Google link. Unhappy ones get you, before they get a keyboard.
When a job is done, your customer gets one text asking how it went. No stars, no link, just the question.
They get the Google review link on its own, one tap, nothing competing with it.
They get a feedback page, and you get an urgent text with their name and number so you can call them inside the hour. A complaint that gets fixed same day usually does not become a review.
Day 7, 14, 21 and 28, and it stops the second they reply or leave a review.
The review link is available to everybody, including unhappy customers. That is deliberate and it is what keeps this the right side of Google's rules.
New reviews come with a suggested response you can send or rewrite. Nothing is posted publicly on your behalf without you.
We will show it on a live account on the demo call, not in a slide deck.
